Die-hard fans of English football have a new reason to rejoice! Two giants of English Premier League, Man U and Arsenal, have both released iPhone apps to stay in touch with their fans.
Supporters of the Gooners are sure to love the app named Arsenal, designed and marketed by officials of the club itself. Apart from informing fans about upcoming matches and stats of the players, the app also allows users to view live updates for any ongoing match.
Manchester United Massive News, developed for fans of Man U by GoodAppl and released earlier this year, is as comprehensive as a sports app can get. Apart from stats of all players, it also displays their performance records, season by season. Fixtures of upcoming games are always displayed, as are the formations Man U is most likely to use in those matches. Besides, users can also chat with other fans of the club on a forum exclusively accessible by users of the app. This is way more than a fan could possibly ask for, especially at a meager price of just 0.6 p! What else could a fan ask for?
