The much awaited Digg iPhone app is all set to launch on Wednesday. Diggers can now use a native application that allows browsing of popular and recent topics. You can Digg your favorite stories and bury stories right from the Digg iPhone app itself. The launch of the native app comes at a key time as Digg has recently revealed major overhaul plans for their website. Even the iPhone optimized version of Digg’s mobile site is said to undergo change.
The site’s revamped widgets and buttons debuted yesterday and tech-savvy Diggers are all eager to welcome the native Digg app. We expect apps from Digg for platforms other than the iPhone and a rollout of new features to continue as well.
